Refund Policy
General Return Policy
In order to receive full money returned to the original method of payment, returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items returned after 30 days will only be eligible for store credit. Items that have a purchase date later than 60 days are not eligible to be returned.
Special Orders
Items that Bayou City Angler Special Ordered are only eligible for store credit and must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Personalized Rods & Reels
All Personalized Rods or Reels are final sale.
**All items must be in new condition and clothing has to be unworn and unwashed to be eligible to be returned**
